• This particular appointment did not go so well. The top piece was not placed with the part in the center of my head. This resulted in more and longer hair on one side and the other side shorter.. A new stylist cut one side of the piece shorter to make both sides even. I thought I could live with this but turns out even in the back one side had more hair that the other and I am trying to cover up sot where not as much hair. Has become very annoying.

• Oscar really listened to me when I told him what I wanted my color to look like. He took his time and it y was PERFECTION. My extensions were put back in- in a way that works well with my lifestyle. I really appreciated this team that made sure they did what I needed on this occasion.
