I had the amazing opportunity to attend Diana's class on Tuesday - she was beyond the experience I had hoped for: pushing us physically with a thoughtful and engaged approach and finishing with mindful words transcending beyond the class into the days following. It was emotional and empowering. I truly cherish this time at the studio as each teacher always offers insight and individual suggestions that go to the root of the ailment, healing the body from the inside first. So much gratitude for this studio!
