The classes were exciting and not intimidating to people like me who wanted to try yoga. The yoga instructors were knowledgeable and gives instructions that is easy to follow. They teach us how to correct our body positioning to make it easy for us to accomplish certain forms. Rheza is one of the best that we would like to always attend. She has humor that makes her classes fun.
