• The employees are great. Carrie puts me through intense pain with the greatest of care and sarcasm. The young lady at the front desk has an amazing personality, as well. Everyone I've encountered at MLC is positive an seems to enjoy their job.

• I was looking for a reputable place that wouldn't hurt my skin and damage it. I called a few places and they didn't have the audacity to call me back. Even with referrals. My brother in law recommended this location. I got a response right away. They gave me prompt responses and lots of information before getting started. It was so nice to feel important. I got there and was promptly greeted with a pleasant atmosphere. The employees who worked there were easy to talk to. They were personable and showed concern and respect for me and my needs. They were knowledgeable and walked me through each step. It was a very pleasant experience. The building was clean and sanitary. The room I was in looked put together and not disheveled. The tools looked clean. It also speaks volumes when the owner of the building steps in to help the front desk or in general. It shows they don't think any job there is beneath them. Makes me feel like their employees are well respected. 10/10 recommend.
