Damon is an excellent instructor. He is very clear with his instructions and very encouraging. He doesn't play his music too loud (so I don't have to struggle to hear him) or too intense (which gives me anxiety.) When I leave his class I feel at peace and lifted up, this is how I want to feel after yoga. By taking his class, it has opened my eyes to how much I love hot yoga and it has encouraged me to sign up for more classes at your studio.

Chelsea, my instructor, really showed she cared about me by asking me if I had any problems with stretching and when I said yes, she gave me options which was above and beyond caring. The room with her lights added a great ambiance to my first experience. Chelsea's studio exercise flowed so well and she was cognizant of our needs during class. The environment and room was very clean and the staff and other clients were exceptionally friendly. I am excited to visit again!
