Incredible studio, incredible instructors. It had been awhile since I last did hot yoga and starting back up at this studio was the best decision. I love the benefits that it gives my body, not only with the outer appearance, but how it soothes my mind from the chaos of every day life and releases the negative energy that can get built up. I've had to be very cost-conscious recently, but I refuse to give up my membership with Melt!
