It's close to home, the classes all vary which keeps it interesting, the temperature is just right, the instructors are all very positive and give great instruction, love the room, music and candles.

Melt has such a positive, inviting environment! Last night the instructor Sandy did a great job combing fast challenging flows with deep stretching. All of theinstructors are great, and always remind you to focus on what your body needs that day. Classes are not overcrowded, studio is always clean and has a peacefulenvironment.
