First time ever trying out Yoga. Great instructor. Finished the class and worked at my own pace. Previous health club owner and football player. Came with my good friend Nick Stine. Did research on line about what to expect-do's and do not's, etc. Never sweated like that before! Nice facility. Thank you😎👍
