Melt is my favorite hot yoga studio. Nicole and Lauren are 2 of best Instructors svd sun am class @ 7:30 is by far the best C2 class ever. I’ve bern doing yoga over 15 years and tried all hot yoga studios in south OC!!! Love melt!!!
