I've been practicing yoga for almost a year now, and I've never found a studio as special as Melt. The teachers are all incredibly talented and passionate, and they create a truly welcoming and supportive environment. The classes are challenging but also fun, and there's something for everyone. Melt isn't just a yoga studio, it's a sanctuary. ✨🙏 The teachers are all so unique and passionate, each with their own special way of guiding you through your practice. It's like they've unlocked a secret level of yoga instruction that you won't find anywhere else! 🤫🌟 But the real magic of Melt is the community. The people here are my tribe, my chosen family. ❤️ They've seen me at my most vulnerable, sweaty, and pretzel-like, and they still love me. 😂 I can truly be myself here, which is the greatest gift of all. 🎁 And speaking of gifts, October 13th marks my "Meltiversary"! 🎉 It's the day I first walked through those doors and my love affair with this place began. Some might call it an addiction, but I call it finding my "om" away from home. 😉 If you're looking for a yoga studio that will challenge you, inspire you, and make you feel like you belong, then Melt is the place to be. Melt is the yoga studio that will make you feel like you're melting into bliss. The teachers at Melt are so amazing, they'll make you want to do yoga all day long. Melt is the perfect om and I'm so grateful for Melt. It's my happy place.

James is an excellent teacher, with precise directions and he teaches a true 1.5 flow. I would love to see classes geared towards 60 years olds and older. A heated Yin would be great, please!
