Love all the instructors as they are top notch! The guidance and practice is deep. There is always something to learn, to improve, to grow, to strengthen. It's addicting and I love it.

Registering, signing up for class, having someone show me around the studio, class was all fantastic! Just was super, overheated hot. Wished for more cool down during the end cool down and relaxation. Took me over an hour to cool down
