Really love the candle lit room. It's very nice to practice in an environment that doesn't have the super bright fluorescent lights. I love how warm the room is. Could even be a little warmer :-) And the instructor Keri was very good with her communication and with her prompts. And the same is true for the classes that I have taken by Carolyn and James. All the instructors at Melt are very very good.
