My favorite hot yoga studio, high ceilings, seems cleaner than others, great instructors. Biggest struggle is mat placement when room is full. Teachers could quickly tell people to line up properly or make room for those coming in.

It is extremely beneficial for the body and mind. The instructors are very knowledgeable about the human anatomy and physiology, the y are experts in the yoga techniques.
