It was an amazing experience! I work out every day and have done so for years. Arch & her class gave me reasons to pat myself on the back with things I could do but, also, very much, exposed what I need to work on! I will be trying to incorporate this kind of teaching in my chosen lifestyle of pursuing mental and physical well being. So happy I did this. Game changer, for me, for sure!
