The studio owner does an amazing job keeping the studio running smoothly. It is always super clean and has the best prices around. There are a lot of classes to choose from & the instructors are all amazing. I feel lucky to have found this studio and I love it.

Carolyn Long was excellent! She took the time to personally instruct me on my poses and was genuinely teaching and walking about occasionally to help people to correct their form. I personally found it too hot which is why I didn't give a perfect 10. But that's just me.
