I love the small size of the classes. I love how the instructors will do the class and walk around helping people and motivate you to push yourself. Everyone that works there are really helpful when it come to the different type of classes and what you are looking to get out of class. Along with the other clients that are at the studio are super friendly and are always willing to help when you are new and even once you start going to the same classes. My favorite part is that is a great clean, family feeling yoga studio with top quality instructors that makes even a beginner feel welcome and part of the studio
