I like that your instructors have their own style and can create their own flows without doing the same old, same old routines. I would however, like to see slower, more beginner classes as I have friends who feel intimidated with the Vinyasa flows, they don't feel like they can keep up.

It was my first time doing a yoga class and a hot yoga one at that. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done but it was also extremely satisfying and relaxing. I really loved my instructor who sang to us at the end which was a nice treat. Im very excited to come back and get better.
