Melt is the best. Carolyn always guide a stellar class. It was May the fourth and she brought the Star Wars vibe of May the fourth be with you. Her instruction is rich and her passion is contagious.

The instructor, Kari was amazing. Her flow was tough but doable. I loved the incorporation of essential oils and the cool wash cloth at the end. Although I'm not a yoga enthusiast, I'll definitely be back to take the candlelight class again because I felt so peaceful and accomplished at the end.
