Feels do great to get back on track. I started with Carolyn Long years ago. She is wonderful from the inside out & always gives a great workout guaranteed. I look forward to taking more classes.

Class was sufficiently challenging. Great flow. One suggestion I have for your studio in general is that it's too hot. It has a reputation for that in the community. I have done hundreds of hot yoga and heated sculpt classes and your studio is the hottest. At times, I have felt faint. One of my friends won't go back because she didn't feel right for several days. Today in class, despite the fact that the instructor opened some doors to provide some relief, several people were just sitting on their mats and it looked trike they were trying to collect themselves. It's hotter than Bikram and doesn't need to be. You have great instructors and the classes are always fantastic. I would come more often if it wasn't so hot. The facility is nice and clean , the instructors are experienced, encourages people and they are good influencers .

Kari is amazing- love her flows, cuing and her music. Would love it if she had a Thursday evening class too!
