I have been a few times now. James is great and tried the Flow 2 class after several cardio sculpt sessions. Great change but still super tough. Love his demeanor and friendly staff. Clean facility and well organized. My wife is a regular so happy to mix this in when I can. Keep up the great work James and entire Melt staff
