It was great! The only reason for it not being a 10 is I didn't get to do the cold plunge. And I did feel kind of weak right when I got out & had to lie on the floor a few minutes. I think the infrared does really help a lot and I'd like to do more sessions.

The facility was very nice. Great reception. Clean restroom. Nice hostess. The cold plunge had great lighting and seemed super clean. The water temperature was perfect. I'll definitely visit when I'm back in town.
