The customer service is great, the chocolate and gift bags when we leave is a great touch. Tony my masseuse is very knowledgable about how to help you fix or eliminate your aches and pains. He does a great job and i always feel a thousand times better after a session.

I enjoyed my first time at Melt spa for a massage and facial. I left very relaxed. The only hiccup was the acid product used during my facial burned a lot more than I've ever experienced and I've had a little bit of skin peel off my lip line and jaw line but luckily its all fine. I had not had my skin peel either with basic facials in the past.
