I enjoyed my massage, but I do like warm personalities. The two receptionists were absolutely amazing, warm and personable. My masseuse was good at her job, but I would have appreciated a warmer bedside manner. However, as a therapist I can appreciate that not all individuals are the best fit. Someone can be great at their job and a wonderful person but also not the best fit.
