Bc with your new 'system' my husband had to wait a long time to obtain a gift card (like 30 minutes waiting while he was there) and also you tried to charge him at the time of our appointments when he had already paid in advance. Also I had to ask for a towel when I used the restroom-there weren't any more. Maybe put some paper ones in there for times like that.
