• Woke up on my day off feeling sore. Reached out to Mellow and was able to get a massage that day! The massage therapist asked what I was feeling and was able to work on those specific and bring a greater sense of peace and balance back into my body! I left feeling extremely mellow, no pun intended!! The staff is professional and the space is wonderful! Easy to park, wish I could have slept there for an hours after the massage!

• Maliam is the best massage therapist! She has a very intuiting touch and goes deep with ease making the experience healing on many levels. During our session she adjusted to perfect pressure on the various area of my body. The stretching she incorporated was very intentional.
