• I attended my first yoga class at Mellow over the weekend (I've been coming to Mellow for massage services for a few years now), and as expected, it was great. The instructor was helpful as a first timer, and other folks in the class who have been going for awhile were quick to make me feel comfortable and assist. Would definitely recommend.
