• I was really impressed with the ease of making an appointment and the quick follow-up that I wasn't even expecting. They were very professional, attentive and welcoming. All details were explained to me from the beginning, as far as...what forms are expected to be filled out prior to my visit. Confirmation of payment and what to expect the day of my appointment. This was not my first massage, but the professionalism I received made me feel like it was. Because of COVID restrictions they let you know there is no waiting room. Call from the parking lot and will welcome you in and that's exactly what they did. Waiting for me at the door, took my temperature, hand me hand sanitize my hands and asked if I needed to use the restrooms. My massage specialist was waiting for me and whisked me away. He asked me alot of questions before my massage, asked me of my concerns and made the room comfortable. Explained to me the procedures and asked me of areas that I would particular like him to work on! And I believed his name was Chris...he worked my muscles out...I will be back for round 2 forsure!!

• The receptionist was so polite and helpful as it was my first there. The massage therapist was by the front desk ready to greet me. Before starting the massage she asked if there were any areas that I would like more focus on and also the type of pressure I would like. Throughout the massage she checked in to make sure the pressure was okay. The music playing was very soothing and relaxing. I also liked the variety of oils I could choose from.
