• I would love to give a '10' - as usual staff are fantastic as are amenities and services offered. My only 'gripe' is that clients are not seeming to respect the quiet ambience. On my last few visits I have arrived earlier to wind down before my treatment and/or chose to sit quietly after my treatment however on each occasion I've had to leave earlier than I'd hoped due to clients in groups [generally 2 or more] chatting loudly and disturbing the peaceful atmosphere. Could i suggest that groups of 2 or more have either a separate waiting area for them to talk in, or signs be hung to ask that noise be kept to a minimum [and perhaps staff picking them up on this]. I REALLY love your business but am starting to question what times I can visit so that I don't have to keep getting frustrated with this behaviour.
