• Staff were very friendly and Penni was very good at identifying sore areas and provided great solutions for me to continue with at home or at the gym. I found the initial sign in process could of been completed at home via the website as you already had my email address and some details. This would have speed up this process. Also as this was my first visit an explanation of the facilities would have been advantages.
