• I always feel welcomed here and the facilities are really great. I like that you have a lot of things avaliable and that your staff (most) are super friendly/lovely. I enjoy being left to relax in the lounge after my float without being harassed. I would love it if you sold your body wash you use in the float showers. Also I would love it if your vouchers lasted at least 6 months, a year would be better, I think it's a bit rude that they only last 3 months :( that's my biggest/only real negative about your establishment

• It was great just the temperature in the room was a bit low. I constantly felt a cold flow when having the pod open. I expected the water to be warmer too.
