• I have trouble relaxing, shutting my mind down and suffer with arthritis and back issues.. I was shocked, that i managed to fall asleep whilst floating i was sooooo relaxed!! And i was able to maintain a stress free relaxed mood by enjoying my day afterwards. I suggest to everyone, to try a float, you will find it a wonderful experience 😉
