• Ann puts her will into her work. She is the kind of massage person that is comfortable to talk to but to also sit quietly in a massage room and say nothing at all. Many massage therapists make it awkward to be quiet; she doesn't do that. She always asks about pressure levels to ensure clients feel their best, and she does not get upset if a client does not prefer something like cupping. Overall, this experience was different because I could tell Ann was going through something and as a mental health advocate, a woman with high function Autism, I just wanted to say thank you to Ann for not letting me down on a day that she could have stayed home and not came to work. As a woman in leadership training, I appreciate people with work ethic and Ann has an immense amount of work ethic. Thank you for the efforts and your time, to the following staff as well! The most important thing about a work environment, is that everyone - no matter how competitive the business is - has each other's backs (no pun intended). I recommend Ann as well as Stephanie to friends. Thank you both!
