• The establishment was able to provide me with an appointment at my preferred time. Massage therapist explained everything thoroughly prior to the session. I can also tell that the paperwork I filled out was reviewed before the session based on the discussion. The therapist mentioned that if the techniques that were used were those I less prefer he was willing to point me to another therapist. He was also polite and friendly, but did not talk too much during the session, which I appreciate appreciated. I have had massage therapist in the past in other locations who were very talkative, which took away from the experience for me.
