• Kim is an outstanding massage therapist. She knows what she's doing and has helped manage my back and shoulder pain. She also is very pleasant to talk to. I'm neutral on the sauna; it probably helps some. There needs to be a shower available as I'm soaking wet after the sauna and uncomfortable getting back into my clothes. The cryotherapy helped very little and was not a good value for the price. I won't return for the cryotherapy. (A Biofreeze patch works better.)
