• Excellence, kindness, humor, compassion, confidence, comfort, trust, inclusion in the process...I could go on &on! Dean and Gale are superb at what they do. They're not selling anything with the exception of my contentment with the results. Dean is especially particular about making sure you don't appear "Done " . He has even suggested NOT addinHig more of whatever filler you're there for. He is the perfect combination of intelligence, spot on amusement, concern for his clients well being , keeping you in the loop as he goes along, explaining the whys of it all.
