• I chose this score because I have always had a very positive experience - from the time I make the appointment: (the staff are very knowledgeable and able to answer questions /concerns prior to scheduling). I haven't always had the experience elsewhere. Although the schedule is busy, Ive never felt rushed when asking questions or discussing the results im looking for. I also GET the results I'm looking for. Dr.Bloch did such great work that the results lasted from December 2018, until approximately the time of the covid 19 shut down was when I started noticing minor loss of volume. The practice is extremely clean, and it was impressive to see them go the extra mile by providing me with a new reusable mask after my lip procedure to avoid exposure to germs.
