Emily Wolgin is a seasoned pro at helping you look your very at the age you are. She's a terrific listener and really takes time to get to know you and understand your needs. She gave me threads and filler to help with my neck that is starting to see the effects of gravity. The result of the threads was terrific, yet subtle. My husband and daughter simply said 'You look really pretty, what are you doing differently'. True sign of excellent outcomes. I recommend Emily and threads if you are looking for a light, non-surgical lift.

Emily is pure MAGIC! After wasting so much money on IPL's which didn't do anything over several years, and being encouraged to keep coming back for more and more of them with the idea that maybe they would eventually do something, I got a referral from Ashley at Soft and Natural (permanent makeup) to Emily. All my IPL dreams came true! Also, Emily is a PA (Physisician's Assistant - a top grade medical certification, often standing in for MD's) so she knows more and can do more - and better - than a typical aesthetician. Emily owns Medaesthetics, so takes the quality of her work and customer satisfaction very seriously. The facility is elegant and functional. What a pleasure and relief. It was expensive for me - but worth every penny. I don't mind spending money for good results, but I sure don't like wasting it on less capable facilities with a sales pitch. Medaesthetics delivers. I plan to have a long term relationship with Emily and Medaesthetics.

DO NOT TRUST YOUR FACE WITH MEDAESTHETICS! I had Active FX CO2 resurfacing on my face at MEDAesthetics on 4/26/21. I chose this procedure because the downtime (per the laser manufacturer) is meant to be a few days to 2 weeks. On day 3 post procedure, my face became bright red, blistered, and excruciatingly painful. Erik expressed concern and continued to prescribe me antibiotics so I wouldn't develop infection. However, my condition persisted and I couldn't leave the house for more than 2 months since I could not put sunblock on my open wounds. Obviously, something went very wrong with my procedure. I believe the settings on the laser were set much higher than the Active FX setting. Natalie, the co-owner, told me to "be patient". I requested a refund for the $2,000+ procedure cost (not including the additional $1,500+ I spent in travel expenses and subsequent visits to dermatologists.) Natalie's response was "You signed an agreement that we're not responsible for the outcome. You're welcome to hire an attorney." I met with Medaesthetics' medical director, the esteemed Plastic Surgeon Dr. Linda Huang, and she said "I guess there was just something wrong with your face on the day you had the treatment." Wow. Almost 2 years have passed and my face is covered in hypo-pigmented spots where the laser burned my skin. I have never posted a negative review before but I feel I must warn others about MEDaesthetics. They take ZERO responsibility for permanently damaging their patients' skin. Stay away!

I highly recommend Emily Wolgin and Medaesthetics. I've known Emily for many years and followed her academic achievements and subsequent successful medical career combine with being a successful business owner. I wouldn't trust my face or my business to anyone else. She not only has a ton of experience, but is also a wonderful human being.

I love this clinic all because of Erik. He is obviously highly skilled at what he does, he explains procedures thoroughly, he doesn't oversell and he always makes me feel happier when I get to see him.
