• I will always chose a "10" on a survey about Mecka - the classes are so thoughtful and challenging, the coaches are all incredibly supportive and well trained, and the ancillary programs like Nutrition Coaching and AMP are so considerate and helpful. Mecka clearly cares about the WHOLE person, and I'm grateful to be part of their community.

• Mecka has done a fantastic job implementing Covid safety precautions within their classes and as a result we have felt safe getting back to our workouts. We love the classes (Body lab, bootcamp, row fit) because of the specific well designed workouts as well as the energetic, well-trained, knowledgeable instructors.
