• I love going to a gym where the trainers are friendly but also hold you accountable. I was scared being a newbie but the trainers always go over the moves before the workout so that you don't feel self conscious not knowing. I also can't believe how How much stronger I have become in such a short amount of time. I recommend Meck to everybody!
