• Nearly every instructor I've had in various classes is incredibly kind and helpful. Carrie is amazing and gets to know everyone- you feel like she really cares about you personally. Also I love the good sweat I get and the mentality at Mecka. There's no sales-y feel. People are there to do their thing. It's a great community.
