• I love Mecka, and my only gripe is the cleaning standards. The floor in the Crossfit room is gross, and it doesn't seem that it is cleaned very often. The mop water is NEVER changed anymore - every time I go to use the mop the water is black. I need to tell someone once a week that the restrooms are out of paper towels or toilet paper. I typically attend the very first class of the day, so nothing is being stocked at night. These are such easy fixes and I wish there were more efforts made to keep the gym clean.

• Great cause of exercise for the over 70 group. Works on all the areas we need to keep moving, as well as balance which is a big problem over 70
