• Nikole's class was amazing. I've been lifting with coaches for a long time, but Nikole stood out with her thoughtfulness in prioritizing proper alignment and how to get the most muscle gain out of each lift. She added to my knowledge bank, which I always appreciate. She was also fun as hell and kept me pushing through the entire class.
