• I recommend the classes often. Why? Because 1. I like a set routine that I'm committed to and can bank on. It fosters discipline. 2. Jenn is a fantastic trainer. I'm so inspired by her. 3. Making new friends 4. Seeing results A. More focussed and clear of mind B. Stronger C. Fit and toned. Good for mind body n spirit. I don't use the gym equipment. I have other sports outside the classes Cycling Ocean swimming Paddling Pickleball Sailing etc Yep. That about says it. Love 💕 the gym. It's been a saving grace in my life. It helped me transition through a super challenging time after my fiance passed. Mahalo.
