• The staff are friendly,welcoming, and always willing to help, which help, which make a big difference. I also like that the gym is generally clean and offers a good variety of equipment and classes to suit different fitness levels. It's great place to work out.

• It's always clean organized and the staff is sooo friendly. Although it's a bit small the patrons are normally very reasonable with the time they spend in using the equipment. Their social media presence(instagram) is very engaging, relatable and super funny. I always look forward to seeing their content. It's truly a remarkable community which I'm very proud to be a part of even if I keep to myself most of the time. I've even dared to start doing spin classes thanks to Jess Fernandez who's contagious energy makes it hard not to join. Thank you everyone. I appreciate you all❤️

• Excellent atmosphere : all the machines are in great condition... the spin classes are high energy and well balanced. Excellent place to stretch after the workout... the staff is attentive and congenial. I feel that I'm well taken care of and I enjoy all aspects of the environment which of course is uplifting : makes working out a pleasure!!
