• Maui Powerhouse Gym welcomes all fitness levels & has something for everyone. I prefer taking the classes, the unlimited monthly class pass is the best deal to hit as many classes as you want. My favorite instructor is Jen Lauer. I have attended her CycleCore, Power Pump & Yoga classes for years. She used to teach a Barre class that I also loved. She gives great instruction, she's a fabulous motivator, but is always friendly & respectful of injuries or ability on any given day. She encourages but doesn't push, she is always changing things up to keep us on our toes & keep our bodies moving & changing, which is what I love & has kept me going to the classes. Jen puts great care into her classes & the members. The gym ohana is warm & welcoming. The front desk team is friendly, warm & always helpful! Logan is a hands on owner, he listens & cares about the needs of the gym members. Maui Powerhouse Gym is the BEST, check it out!

• Jill leads a good class, It is challenging but she offers a variety of options to extend your session and conversely doesn't mind if you take a break if you aren't prepared to do the current flow moves.

• Very friendly and helpful staff. Women's bathroom has been improved with doors that close easily. Equipment is well maintained. Because of crowds, 24 hours is offered. Free yoga on Mon and Wed...like the old days. Thank you for your concern.
