• *always fresh clean towels *front desk Greta and is friendly Instructor watches constantly calls out good form tips pre-calls movement changes Asks for suggestions Starts class pretty promptly Suggests & shows modifications Although she is there and workouts she Is there for us Positive class environment Workout changes and is not always the same I wish there was still a spin class like the group classes! New spin is very dark I can't see heart monitor watch or rpm monitor on bike (instructors don't seem to use these-like the former foundations class you had) can't see instructors hand and body positions on bike or during weight sequence Instructors now don't face us 😞 Less watching instructing etc
