• I take 3 classes a week from Jen Lauer she is great in all area's of instruction , as well as her great personality and caring. The whole staff is friendly, helpful and caring. Logan, as owner is great, very friendly. In other words, I really enjoy my time there!

• I have said it before and I will gladly say it again: I LOVE Jenn's Core, Mat and Barr classes. It has inspired a dramatic change in my life on many levels, notably: Greater clarity and focus of mind, increase in energy and strength, and of course the physical results are evident but actually the least important aspect for me. I have considered moving back to New Zealand or Monterey and one thing always jumps out at me: What would I do without these classes. So one could say Jenn and PHM are inspiring me to stay in the islands. Pretty powerful, eh? Thanks, Logan. Your entire crew is great. So grateful for everyone. I only wish that, yes, I had joined years ago... BUT I am there - committed, focussed and seeing results on all levels - NOW!
