• - The owners, employees, instructors, and trainers are some of the nicest people I’ve encountered in a fitness environment. 
 - MPHG’s mix of traditional weight-lifting and cardio equipment coupled with instructor-led classes makes this a full-service fitness center. The cycling classes are amazing and Power 45 (P-45) kicks my a** in the best possible way. And there are many other class options. 
- The owners are continually re-investing in the facility. In the three years I’ve been a member, they have upgraded the indoor cycling studio with new bikes, sound, lights, and more. They have painted, renovated the restrooms, added new tech, hired new instructors, and provided more value at the front desk with beverages and swag for purchase.
