• THIS gym has changed my life: I am stronger mentally and physically; I am in better 'shape' mentally and physically. 

After a few rough years through the School of Hard Knocks, the gym helped me reclaim my life. I feel better than I have in nearly a decade. I feel 35 and I am pushing 60. 

The team at MPHG is fantastic from Logan, to Jenn, to Diane, to Chris. I only use the gym for classes - my other sports are outdoors. I decided, in part, to stay in Maui because of the gym classes! Truly. Oh and a few other reasons 😉 Thanks to everyone at the gym for making an impact upon my life. Hoo Rah!

• Instructors learn your name quickly and modify for you often without needing to ask . They never make you feel like you are not fit enough to do their class and they challenge everyone
