I don't have a background working out at a traditional gym and I have an injured back so he took the time to understand what I'm going through and walked me through the process of getting matched with the ideal trainer for the quick start program. I really appreciate how he did glamorize anything and was honest with how my progression is probably going to look. That's the type of trainer that I need. Thank you Eli!
